STAR OIL GROUP has finalised today with TotalEnergies the acquisition of all the shares held by TotalEnergies in Total Marketing Tchad (the Company).

Star Oil Group, a Mauritanian company, is a regional player in the import, distribution and logistics management of petroleum products in West Africa (Mauritania, Mali, Guinea, Senegal, Gambia, Côte d'Ivoire and Niger).

Following this sale, the company will be renamed Star Oil Tchad; Through this acquisition, the subsidiaries of the Star Oil Group become shareholders in Total Marketing Tchad, a company that operates a large network of service stations, markets petroleum products and lubricants, and supplies aviation fuel. The company's activities, obligations and responsibilities will continue under the same terms and conditions, without discontinuity, in legal and juridical, financial and commercial, social and environmental terms.
